We are looking for someone with experience from compliance or legal advice in the financial sector in either bank, securities, fund and/or insurance. Preferably combined with (or alternatively) experience from consultancy or law firms.

We see a large demand of Compliance services in the market, from both existing and new clients. Your assignments can vary in the fields of interim roles such as Compliance officer or Head of Compliance, legal advisor, adviser in compliance methodology, implementation of new regulations such as AML, GDPR, MiFIDII, IDD, PSD2 and much more.
We believe that knowledge and competence are best built through solving actual problems for clients and working with other people you can learn from. Many of our projects are solved by putting together consultants from different service lines to ensure a comprehensive GRC focus, value creation and more insight for both costumers and consultants.

We believe that you have a degree in law or equivalent background. You have a solid experience of Compliance or legal advise, preferably from companies under the supervision of the FSA. Experience from working as a consultant is creditable. You have great communication skills and speak and write fluently in both Norwegian and English.
To succeed and enjoy the role as senior compliance consultant, you need to be analytical, structured and communicative. You have a coaching attitude and would describe yourself as positive, committed and skilled. We also believe that you have previous experience from Compliance and preferably also consulting.
